I would like to thank everyone (players and volunteers) that participated in this years Pitch, Hit and Run event on Saturday, May 9th. It was another successful year for this event due to your participation and support. New for 2009 Junior Baseball (Ages 13-14) may only wear rubber/plastic cleats.  Metal spikes are no longer permitted.

As a reminder the following bat limitation was also imposed for this year:
Beginning with the 2009 season, baseball bats with a diameter of 2-5/8 (two-and-five-eighths) inches are now the standard for all teenage baseball divisions (Junior, Senior and Big League).
 
Baseball bats with a diameter of 2-3/4 (two-and-three-fourths) inches are no longer permitted for use in the Junior League Division of Baseball. Previously, these bats could be used in Juniors, but not in Senior or Big League.

Because of the weather, we're postponing the Softball Coaches and First Aid clinic scheduled for (Sunday March 30) on Softball field #10.  It will be held next week, Sunday April 6th 3:00 -5:00 p.m. again on field #10. 

UPDATE:  THE FIRST AID PORTION WILL STILL BE HELD AT THE TLL BOARDROOM TODAY, APRIL 6 AT 3:00 PM DUE TO WET FIELD CONDITIONS
